Why shouldn’t my head tilt more than 10° when sleeping upright?
We move in our sleep every 15 minutes so your head MUST be supported in all directions. The farther your neck tilts, the more weight is exerted on your neck, resulting in pain and discomfort. The Evolution X is the only pillow that prevents the head from falling more than 10° in any direction.

How do I remove and put back on the cover on the Evolution X Travel Pillow?
HOW TO REMOVE COVER: 1) Unzip the pillow cover. 2) Gently untuck the fabric from underneath the outer shell on each side. 3) Carefully slide the cover off the pillow one side at a time. HOW TO PUT COVER ON: 1) Put the cover of the pillow on one side at a time. 2) Locate the Cabeau brand label on the cover, and place that side over the side of the pillow with the ring. 3) Gently pull the cover over the pillow and line up the opening with the outer shell. 4) Then repeat on the other side, making sure the cord stays on the outside of the pillow. 5) Zip up the pillow cover. 6) Carefully tuck the fabric underneath the outer shell (use any card available, fingernail, etc.).
