MSE PRO™ Intelligent Quick-Opening Magnetic Stirring Reactor integrates magnetic stirring, high-temperature heating, and smart control into a single system, with a design temperature of 300°C and pressure of 20.7 MPa.
The reactor features a one-piece machined structure and a comprehensive safety system, including an MEAS pressure sensor, ASHCROFT pressure gauge, Swagelok safety valve, and a custom rupture valve. Additional safety mechanisms, such as over-temperature power cutoff and over-pressure buzzer alarms, ensure safe operation in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Its innovative quick-opening modular design, combined with assistive disassembly tools, significantly enhances operational efficiency.
