Design Guidelines
- Design using product dimensions while including 1/8" bleed or Download Our Templates: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0587/5954/4988/files/Artisaire_Dieline_Pack.zip?v=1641230968
- Black and grey elements will be engraved (use up to 3 shades for layering)
- Use vector artwork or raster artwork at 600 dpi
- Convert fonts to outlines (Shift + Ctrl + O)
- Use font sizes 8pt and higher for legibility
- Lines should be over 1pt thickness; thicker lines engrave better
- Do not reverse your artwork or add crop marks
Use & Care
The Steps
Materials: Wax Stamp, Sealing Wax (https://artisaire.com/sealing-wax/), Low Temperature Glue Gun (https://artisaire.com/low-temperature-sealing-wax-gun/)
- Insert Sealing Wax into Glue Gun, and allow 5-7 minutes to melt
- Squeeze trigger to dispense a 1" circle of sealing wax on your surface
- Press Wax Stamp into sealing wax and allow 5-10 seconds to cool
- Gently peel Wax Stamp from sealing wax, if sticking occurs give more time to cool
We recommend chilling your stamp on an ice pack between sealing.
Care
To care for your stamp, clean with a jewelry cloth as desired to bring to a shine. Avoid abrasives as they can damage the engraving. If sealing wax stuck gets stuck in the stamp, make another seal to pull the wax out.

Timelines
Our shipping times include processing and handling times and are an estimation of when you'll receive your items. For custom or made to order items, we require an additional 1-2 days to make your items.
You will receive an estimation for your delivery date which includes all making times at checkout. We provide same-day proofing on custom items, and require your approval within 1 day to meet timeline estimations.
Please note: For time sensitive occasions, always order early. We will do everything we can to ensure you order arrives on time, however there may be unforeseen delays for reasons outside of our control. Carrier delays that affect your order will be shown on our order tracking page.
